This notice explains how Jojo Garage handles information submitted for direct rentals.
Information we collect
Jojo Garage may collect renter contact information, reservation dates, delivery details, payment status, driving-license files, verification records, and information needed to administer a rental.
How we use information
We use this information to verify driver eligibility, process and manage reservations, coordinate pickup or delivery, prevent fraud and theft, communicate with renters, administer payments, address incidents, and meet legal or insurance obligations.
Driver’s-license files
License files are stored in private object storage and are not published on the website. Abandoned, unlinked uploads expire after 24 hours. Files linked to a reservation are retained only as needed for rental administration, disputes, insurance, fraud prevention, and applicable legal requirements.
Service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, payment, email, verification, insurance, and professional-service providers only as needed to operate Jojo Garage. Jojo Garage does not sell renter personal information.
Payment information
Payment-card information is entered directly into the secure payment provider’s checkout. Jojo Garage receives payment status and transaction references, not the renter’s full card number.
Security
We use restricted administrative access, private file storage, validated uploads, and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive information is limited to what is necessary for the rental.
Access, correction, and deletion
Renters may ask the Jojo Garage owner to review, correct, or delete their personal information, subject to records that must be retained for an active rental, payment, dispute, insurance matter, fraud prevention, or legal requirement.
